CRIME ALERT

I get these crime alert from one of the local colleges.  I post them as a reminder that CRIME IS REAL, and it happens to REAL PEOPLE…just like you.

 

Reference:

• Possible Attempted Assault
• Approximately 10:59pm to 11:09pm on April 23, 2013

 

Location:

• Parking Lot 99 St. Philip Street (on Vanderhorst Street side of building), Charleston, SC

 Suspect Description:

Suspect – White male, maroon sweatshirt

Incident Description:

The victim was approached by the suspect who dragged her to the rear of the parking lot in a possible attempt to sexually assault her.  The victim was able to fight off the suspect, who ran off in an unknown direction.  Charleston City Police responded to the scene.  The victim declined to make a police report.
