Defense Against Crime

Do That Again!

Those are the words that my martial arts instructors repeat…OFTEN. If you have even taken a self-defense class you know that you do 041511_1951_Haveyourhea1.jpgthe same moves over and over and over and over and over. This is so that they can become part of you and almost instinctive.  One of mu karate masters call it developing muscle memory so that when the time come you don’t have to think about what to do, you can react with doing the correct thing.

Training is a necessary part of any safety or self-defense program. I remember doing fire drill when I was in Elementary, Middle and even High School.  Why?  This is so that in an Emergency everyone knew what to do.

Think of these scenarios…what WILL you do?

  • You are frying food..and the grease catches on fire?
  • Tornadoes have been seen approaching your area?
  • There is a wild fire spreading towards your community?
  • Someone kicks in your door while you are watching TV?
  • Someone grabs you?
  • A strange looking guy comes up behind you while you are at an ATM?
  • That nice looking guy you are on a date with, is not taking NO as an answer?

Crime or life events can happen to anyone, at anyplace, and at any time. Will you know what to do in an encounter with a criminal? It is not a matter of if, it will happen to you, but you don’t know when! Are you prepared with the tools, knowledge, and skills to reduce your risk and protect yourself and your loved ones when the need arises?

Instead of being paralyzed with fear, you can be armed with the correct tools to STOP a potentially life altering event if you buy the correct protection and arm yourself with the knowledge of how to protect yourself and guard your property.   Don’t become the next individual or statistic on the growing list of crime victims

Here is what you must Do to deal with potential events?

  1. GET a PLAN
    1. Think of what you need to do, and how you need to do.
  2. TEACH THE PLAN TO THOSE INVOLVED
  3. PRACTICE
  4. PRACTICE
  5. PRACTICE
  6. PRACTICE
  7. PRACTICE
  8. PRACTICE
  9. PRACTICE
  10. PRACTICE

STEPS 11- 10,000 : PRACTICE.

If you make and modifications the plan, then you must restart Step one.

If decide to purchase a self-defense products. Learn how to use it and Practice

If you are planning for disasters…practice
